Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy Processing Time All orders are packed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Delivery Time Standard courier delivery within South Africa typically takes:
  • Major cities: 1–3 business days
  • Outlying areas: 3–5 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak periods. Shipping Costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We do not inflate product prices to hide courier costs — shipping is transparent. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve it quickly.

Refund Policy

Refund & Returns Policy Substrate Products (Aroid Mix, Orchid Mix, LECA, etc.) Due to the nature of growing media, we do not accept returns on opened bags. We will only accept returns if:
  • The product is unopened and sealed
  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is in resellable condition
Return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
